The event takes place at Southport Aerospace Centre, 30 Centennaire Drive, Southport, Manitoba, Canada. Three race options are offered during the event day:

- Kids 1 km (free)
Race day includes a registration table outside the Peggy May Legacy Centre and pre-race announcements at the same centre. Route maps are provided for the courses. The organizer notes that photography from the event may be used for future promotions.
Published registration fees include mandatory charges. Displayed fees are CA$40.00 for the 10 km and CA$30.00 for the 5 km. The Kids 1 km is listed as free. Registration periods shown run from June 19 to September 11.
