The Southern Rail Trail Run is a trail running festival in South Gippsland, Victoria. The event is scheduled for 30 May 2026 and the organiser previously held an inaugural edition. Distances offered at the event include:

Course and event details
The course follows the Great Southern Rail Trail, a route that runs for over 130 km along the old Great Southern Railway. The trail passes through forests, rolling farmland and small towns, includes restored trestle bridges, and offers views toward Wilsons Promontory. South Gippsland is stated to be about ninety minutes from Melbourne.
Event logistics note that the organiser plans to be pin-free by 2026. Participants can purchase reusable BIBSNAPS as part of entry, buy them at the event, or bring traditional pins.
