Event overview
The Southend Triathlon is scheduled for 21 June 2026 at the car park area of Uncle Toms Cabin, Shoebury Common Road, Southend-on-Sea, SS3 9HG. The event is organised by RTC Events and is open to entrants aged 18 and over on 31/12/2025. Entry prices listed range from £75 to £110. The event uses chip timing and provides a secure transition area. A large water safety team with boat cover, first aid team and response vehicle, security team and event stewards are listed as part of the on-site safety and support provision. The race swim course is marked with XXL race buoys. The organiser lists an event team of 50+ staff on race day.

- Standard: 1500 m swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Aqua Bike (Standard): 1500 m swim, 40 km bike
- Team Relay (Standard) - minimum of 3 people: 1500 m swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
