Sommerlauf des LSV Porz

The LSV Porz Summer Run is an annual running competition held in the Leidenhausen recreational area in Cologne. The run, also known as the Ingeborg Urbach Memorial Run, offers distances ranging from 1 km to 10 km and caters to both ambitious runners and casual joggers. A portion of the entry fees is donated to charitable organizations.

The event is approved by the athletics association, and the courses are eligible for record listings. In addition to the run, there is also a Nordic walking category.
