The Something Good Family Fun Run takes place on 1 November at Something Good Roadhouse in Summerstrand, Gqeberha. The event is framed as a family-friendly fun run along Marine Drive with music, lucky draws and a themed focus on funky socks.
The run features a 5 km course. Paid adult tickets are listed at R180 and include race entry, a race number, a Fun Run t-shirt and a voucher. Children under 12 have free entry; kiddies tickets do not include a race t-shirt and children must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Late entries may be permitted before the event sells out and incur a R50 late entry fee; t-shirt sizes for late entries may vary.
Race packs are issued on the day at Something Good with no early collection. The event supports Save-a-Pet and attendees may bring donations for the organisation.
