Run The Rock at Hanging Rock, Victoria
Run The Rock takes place on 21st March 2026 at Hanging Rock near Woodend in the Macedon Ranges, about an hour from Melbourne. The event offers multiple race distances on a course that uses trails, paths and roads and includes a lap at the base of Hanging Rock.

Entries include a personalised race bib if postage is selected before 19 February 2026, electronic timing and results, K markers and drinks stations, and a finisher medal. Race day photography is provided and results are available after the event. The event village features live music, food trucks, a BBQ, a coffee cart, drinks and large games for children.
A Park Ranger guided Hanging Rock summit walk is offered as a separate 75 minute experience on a 1.8 km Grade 3 trail. The walk has some short steep sections, steps and both formed and rough surfaces; children under five are not permitted. The $20 contribution for the guided walk is allocated to the care and maintenance of Hanging Rock.
