Social Trail Run in Epping Forest
Muslim Runners organises a community social trail run at the Epping Forest Visitor Centre at Chingford on Sunday, July 5, 2026. The event takes place in person and is scheduled to last about 2 hours 45 minutes.
Participants are divided into pace groups and a walking group to match different continuous distances and pace preferences:
- Pace Group 1: suitable for runners comfortable running at least 6.5K continuously.
- Pace Group 2: suitable for runners comfortable running at least 3K continuously.
- Walking Group: 30 minute gentle walk.
Parking is available in nearby Epping Forest car parks. Named nearby car parks include Royal Forest Hotel, Barn Hoppit Car Park, and Bury Road Car Park; attendees are advised to check locations and any charges in advance. A bag drop is available during the event.
After the run there is coffee and breakfast at Butlers Retreat, 12 Ranger's Road, London E4 7QH. The event is organised by Muslim Runners and uses the Epping Forest Visitor Centre at Chingford as its meeting location. The listed ticket price for the event is free.
