Event Overview

Location

The event is staged at historic Honeyman State Park, located just south of old town Florence, Oregon. The start and finish area is the East Woahink Day Use Area Gazebo. The park offers camping facilities and serves as a gateway to the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area.

Course and Setting

The race takes place within the Siuslaw National Forest. The Oregon Dunes, part of the National Recreation Area, are described as the largest expanse of coastal sand dunes in North America. The event is the first race in the Oregon Coast Trail Series.
