Simulation Hyrox CF7
Simulation Hyrox CF7 takes place on Saturday September 12 2026 at Turf CÉGEP de Sept-Îles, 175 rue de la Vérendrye, Sept-Îles. The event combines running laps with strength stations on a measured course.
The main format consists of eight laps of one kilometer; each lap is followed by a strength station. Performances are timed to determine the best total time.
Two formats are offered: the full Hyrox and the Half Hyrox, the latter held solo with reduced distances and loads. Registration includes Single, Double, or Mixed entries and Open or Pro categories for women and men.
