Simulation Hyrox CF7
Simulation Hyrox CF7 takes place on Saturday 12 September 2026 at the Turf CÉGEP de Sept-Îles, 175 rue de la Vérendrye, Sept-Îles.
The format consists of eight laps of one kilometre each. After each lap competitors complete a strength station and the overall time is recorded.
Two formats are offered: the full Hyrox and the Demi Hyrox. The Demi Hyrox is a solo format with reduced distances and reduced loads compared with the full format. Entries are available as Single, Double or Mixed, and in Open or Pro categories for women and men.
