Simulation Hyrox CF7
The Simulation Hyrox CF7 takes place on September 12, 2026, at the Turf CÉGEP de Sept-Îles. This event marks the first Hyrox simulation held in Sept-Îles. The competition follows a specific format consisting of 8 kilometers of running, divided into 1 km laps. Each lap of running is followed by a specific functional strength station.
Participants can choose between two main formats. The full Hyrox format includes the complete distance and standard weights. The Demi-Hyrox format features reduced distances and lighter loads for solo participants. Registration is available for several categories, including Open and Pro divisions for both men and women.
