Silent Disco Fun Run - Cape Town
The Silent Disco Fun Run is a non-competitive 5 km event through the vineyards at Bloemendal Trail Park in Durbanville, Cape Town, held on Saturday 24 October 2026. Participants receive glowing wireless headphones that play the event soundtrack; groups follow a pace leader broadcasting on a separate channel so each group moves to the same music and pace.
There are five pace groups to choose from: Walking Only, Run 30s Walk 1 min, Run 1 min Walk 2 min, Steady (approximate 6:30–7:30 per km), and Quicker (approximate 5:30–6:30 per km). The organisers provide number collection, a group warm-up, and a finish-area Silent Disco (non-running edition). A 200 m Kiddies Dash is offered for children; parents may join their child in that dash.
Entry includes the glowing headphones, a goodie bag, a finisher's medal (candy medal for the kiddies), event photos, and access to the after-run Silent Disco.
