About the race
The Siesta Half Marathon takes place on April 25, 2027 at Mission County Park in San Antonio, Texas. It is the fourth race in the Texas Hill Country Series Challenge and uses an out and back course that runs along the San Antonio River Walk to the south. The course was certified in the past and is being reintroduced for this edition.

All finishers receive a medal. Awards are given 1st through 4th for each distance. Age categories include 14 and under, 15 to 20, then five year bands from 21 to 24 up to 90 and over. First overall male and female, plus masters and super masters overall, are determined by gun time. All age group awards are determined by chip time because starts are run in waves.
Entry fees are listed by distance and include additional surcharges closer to the event date and on race day; published base fees do not include registration service fees. Packet pickup is available at a retail location in San Antonio the day before the race and also at the start line on race morning. The event supports a local non profit, and the organizer does not offer refunds. Entry transfers incur a fee and transfers are not allowed after race day.
