Shipley Donut Dash
The Shipley Donut Dash takes place on October 17, 2026 at Sam Houston Race Park in Houston, TX. The event offers multiple distances for adults and children.

All 5K and 10K participants receive a dri-fit race shirt, donut-shaped finisher medal, chipped race bib, a Shipley Donut at the finish, and access to two on-course donut stations with donut holes. Cold brew coffee is provided at the finish. The race uses a disposable B-Tag timing system attached to the back of the bib; live and official results are posted after the event.
Course descriptions note scenic lakefront views, clearly marked mile markers, on-course water and aid stations, and support along the route. The Kids Dash is a short, closed half mile near the main event area designed for ages 2–12; each child receives a race shirt, finisher medal, bib, and on-course donuts.
Packet pick-up is available the Friday before the race and on race morning for a fee; packet shipping is offered within the contiguous United States for a shipping fee and includes official swag. Free parking is available at Sam Houston Race Park using the North entrance. The event’s 2026 charity partner is Kids’ Meals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
