The Shipley Donut Dash is a community running event held at Sam Houston Race Park in Houston on October 17, 2026. The event offers multiple on-site distances:

- Kids Dash, approximately a half mile
Both the 5K and 10K routes start and finish at the race park and include scenic lakefront views, clearly marked mile markers, water and aid stations, and two on-course donut stations serving donut holes. The Kids Dash is a short, closed course near the main event area, designed for children ages 2 to 12.
All 5K and 10K participants receive a dri-fit race shirt, a donut shaped finisher medal, a timed race bib with a disposable timing tag, and a Shipley Do Nuts item at the finish. Kids Dash participants receive a race shirt, finisher medal, bib, and donuts on course and at the finish. Cold brew coffee is available at the post-race area.
Logistics include packet pick-up options with a race day pick-up fee, a packet shipping option for a fee that ships within the contiguous United States, and free parking at Sam Houston Race Park accessed via the North Sam Houston Parkway West entrance.
