The Shipley Donut Dash is scheduled for October 17, 2026 at Sam Houston Race Park in Houston. The event offers multiple distance options and both in-person and virtual participation.

For 5K and 10K participants the event provides a dri-fit race shirt, a donut-shaped finisher medal, a chipped race bib, a Shipley Donut at the finish line, and cold brew coffee. Two donut-hole stations are located on the 5K and 10K courses. Kids Dash participants (ages 2–12) receive a race shirt, finisher medal, race bib, and donuts on course and at the finish line; the Kids Dash is approximately a half mile on a closed course near the main event area.
The race uses a disposable B-Tag timing system attached to the back of the bib, with live results posted during the event and official results available afterward. Packet pick-up is available the Friday before the race at a location to be announced; race day packet pick-up is also offered for a fee. Packet shipping is available within the contiguous United States for a fee and packets will begin shipping in early October.
Free parking is provided at Sam Houston Race Park with access via the North entrance. The event lists awards for top finishers in the 5K and 10K and age-group awards across multiple age groups. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
