Shenstone 10k, 27 September 2026
The Shenstone 10k is a community road race organised by FROGS (Greysbrooke Primary School PTA) and held at Shenstone Playing Fields. The route and event format will follow the same layout used in 2025, with the 10 km run starting and finishing at the playing fields.
This is a tracked 10k race with a two hour cut off. The event has a capacity of 500 runners and a minimum age of 15. Race numbers and event details will be posted to participants a couple of weeks before the event. The entry fee is £30.
All finishers receive a bespoke medal, a bottle of water, a banana and other refreshments. Trophies will be awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers. Race photography and finish line photos taken on the day will be free to download after the event.
There will be entertainment, stalls and refreshments on the field and in the village hall. All profits from the run will be used to support Greysbrooke Primary School, including funds for a new sensory garden, and donations will also be made to local children’s charities and community groups. The event lists Haywards Transport among its sponsors and will remain open for online registration until it reaches capacity. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
