Shenandoah River Half

Shenandoah River Half is a scenic multi-race event held at Shenandoah River State Park in Bentonville, Virginia. The weekend offers a half-marathon, a 10k and a 5k. The paved 5k is notably hilly with about 200 feet of elevation gain; the 10k is an out-and-back loop; the trail 5k is out-and-back; the half consists of two laps of the 10k with an early pavement detour.

Runners receive a finisher medal, technical shirt, and chip timing. Walkers welcome. The race supports Operation Enduring Warrior and offers live results, optional virtual race, and Back of the Pack series points.
