Shamrock Run : March 14, 2026
The Shamrock Run is the 8th annual event held at the Canfield Fairgrounds in Canfield, Ohio. Events offered on site plus a remote option include:
- 1-Mile Run or Walk
- 5K Run or Walk
- Virtual Run or Walk
The Canfield Fairgrounds address is 7265 Columbiana-Canfield Rd., Canfield, OH 44406. The 5K is chip-timed by GCXC Racing - Youngstown. Packet pick-up and race day registration take place at the Colonial Inn within the Canfield Fairgrounds.
Registration includes a participant t-shirt, finisher medal and bib number. Shirts are only guaranteed to participants registered by March 8, 2026. Finisher medals are guaranteed only to the first 350 registered participants. Goodie bags may be shipped for an additional $12.
Entry price is $35; the price increases after December 30, 2025. Proceeds support diabetes awareness.
Awards and age groups
5K awards are given to the top three overall men and women. Awards are also given to the top three males and females in these age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & Up. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
