Shamrock Beer Run 5k & BrewFest Indy
The Shamrock Beer Run 5k & BrewFest Indy takes place at Historic Military Park in Indianapolis on March 14, 2026. The event is in its 14th year and is restricted to participants aged 21 and over; no children or strollers are admitted.
The event program combines a timed 5K run/walk with a festival area offering beer and entertainment. The 5K includes a craft beer sample at the start, additional samples at each kilometre point, and a pint at the finish; participants may also choose to have a pint before the 5K begins. Festival features listed for the day include a DJ, a food truck, a party tent, cornhole, and giant beer pong.
Recommended early packet pickup is scheduled for March 12 at Big Lug Canteen, 1435 E 86th St, Indianapolis. There are separate entry options and fees for the 5K and the BrewFest, including a premium swag 5K, a no-shirt 5K, and a BrewFest-only ticket.
