About the race
The Saint Gilles Country Half Marathon is an annual sporting event held in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, in the Vendée department, within the Pays de la Loire region. Organized by the Pays de Saint-Gilles Vendée Athletics Club, it features several road races, including a 21.1 km half marathon, a 10 km race, and a 5 km race, as well as courses for children. The course, certified by the French Athletics Federation, is flat and fast, ideal for achieving good performances.
