Sechs-Stunden-Urwaldlauf

The Six-Hour Rainforest Run is a running competition where participants aim to complete as many laps as possible within six hours on a 1.85 km course in the rainforest near Saarbrücken. The course is challenging, with approximately 46 meters of elevation gain per lap. The central hub of the event is the Neuhaus Rainforest Barn, where laps are electronically counted and refreshments are provided.

Participants can join and leave the race flexibly and can also compete as a team. The proceeds from the run support environmental protection projects for children and youth in cooperation with NAJU. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
