SciaccheTrail 2027
SciaccheTrail is an ultra trail event held in the Cinque Terre area. The 2027 edition features a single race distance: 47 km.
The organiser manages participant access by a lottery system. Pre-registration for the 47 km lottery opens on 1 September 2026 and closes on 31 October 2026. The lottery draw will take place on 7 November 2026 at the Cinque Terre National Park headquarters. The available places for the 47 km race are limited to 300.
The event also foresees a system of wild cards to invite athletes who meet defined ITRA/UTMB score criteria. Applications for wild cards must be submitted after 1 December 2026 and before 1 February 2027. Local institutions, park authorities and multiple municipal administrations support the race. Organisation and on-the-ground operations involve regional associations, volunteer groups and rescue services.
Information published by the organiser includes race regulations, required medical certificates and lists of past results. The event materials reference sponsors, local wineries and technical partners, and the organisers provide race pages and live tracking for past editions.
