The Schorfheide Run is a popular running competition held in Altkünkendorf, a district of Angermünde. Organized by the Schorfheide Sports Club e.V., the run offers various distances, including 1 km, 2 km, 6 km, 10 km, 21 km, and 42 km, to cater to runners of all skill levels. The event is described as a "run for the soul" and promotes not only physical activity but also a sense of community among participants.
