Scenic Rim Ultra
The Scenic Rim Ultra is a trail running event in the Scenic Rim region of Queensland, Australia, held on 8 August 2026. The event offers multiple distance options on a loop course that starts and finishes at Lilybrook Recreation Area on Beaudesert Boonah Road. The organiser lists course elevation of more than 4000 m and describes sustained climbs, ridgelines, technical downhills and mixed surfaces including dirt roads, single track and dense forest.
The course crosses four mountains, the Dugandan Range, Wyaralong Dam and sections of private trails not usually open to the public. The organiser notes generous cut-offs and extensive checkpoint support. Specific rewards include a cowboy hat for all 105 km finishers and unique finisher items for other distances.
