Fraggle Run : Event overview
Fraggle Run takes place on 21/09/2025 at The Last Hop, Unit 2, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street, Staines, TW18 4SU. Entry information notes a £23.00 entry price available to members; membership must be purchased via the participant profile and members receive a mini-me medal pin and guaranteed entry.
Final race instructions will be emailed in the week before the event. Number pick up is on the day at race registration.
Course and facilities
The course follows a stretch of the River Thames and is fully signed. Surfaces are mainly well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section; road shoes are suitable. The regular course may be adjusted nearer the event for health and safety reasons.
There is an aid table and drinks table at the start/finish of each lap with drinks and a selection of savoury and sweet snacks, including vegan options. Toilets and changing facilities are available inside the venue HQ for use throughout the event. A non-secure bag drop is available. Headphones are allowed. Parking is available in Bridge Street Car Park, Staines, TW18 4TP. Special milestone events can receive a personalised running number. Distances
- Minimum 3 km - part of a lap.
- Lap 4.37 miles / 7 km (may change to a 3.28 mile loop).
- Half marathon - 3 laps.
- Marathon - 6 laps.
- Ultra - 7 laps or more; 50 km option available.
- Turn points - 3 km and 5 km available within the lap.
