Saturn Running - Fraggle Run

Fraggle Run is a seven-hour time-challenge by Saturn Running held at The Last Hop, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street, Staines, TW18 4SU. The route traces a scenic stretch of the River Thames on well-made paths and tarmac with a brief grass section, fully signed for easy navigation. Each lap starts at 3km minimum and 4.37 miles (7km) per full lap, though loop distance may change with course conditions; runners may complete as many laps as they wish within age-appropriate rules.
