About the race
Saturn Running’s Smurf Run takes place at Wraysbury Skiff and Punting Club, Riverside, Egham TW20 0AA, along a scenic stretch of the River Thames. It is a 7-hour Time Challenge where the distance is self-directed: a minimum 3km per lap, with full laps around 4.37 miles (7km) or a 3.28-mile loop depending on course conditions. You can run as many or as few laps as allowed, within UK Athletics age rules.
The largely tarmac, well-made paths are fully signed, with a short grass section; road shoes are suitable year-round. All abilities and walkers welcome. Smurf-themed medals, distance pins, goody bag, vegan options, and an aid table. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
