Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge

The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge, known as the Christmas Carol Bobble Hat Run, takes place in Staines along the scenic River Thames. Participants can run or walk laps of a 4.37-mile (7km) course, with options to complete distances from 3km up to 50km within the 7-hour time limit. The mostly flat course features well-made paths and tarmac, suitable for road shoes, and is fully signed for easy navigation.

All finishers receive a themed medal and a bobble hat, with additional pins for longer distances. The event offers aid stations with snacks and drinks, vegan goody bags, and facilities including toilets and changing rooms. It welcomes all abilities and ages 12 and up.
