Event overview
The event uses looped courses where participants choose their distance on the day. Runners can stop after a shorter loop or continue to longer distances. Large drop bags are allowed at the loop start/finish to store shoes, nutrition or kit. Pacers are permitted at any stage. Crew members may be positioned anywhere on the course. At least one fully trained medic will be on standby. The course will be marked and road crossings will be clearly indicated. Prizes are awarded for first, second and third place in the listed distances. Entry requires the ability to run or walk at least 7 km.

- Chalfont St. Peter Community Centre, Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, SL9 9QX.
Distances:
- Course 1, 2, 3: 10 km, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, 40 Mile Ultra Marathon.
- Course 4, 5, 6: 7 km, 14 km, Half Marathon, Full Marathon, 30 Mile Ultra Marathon.

- A 10.8 km loop is used for one layout; it is about 80% trail and 20% road, using public footpaths and woods.
- Six laps of that loop equal about 2100 ft of climb. Support and kit:
- One aid station at the start/finish offers water, soft drinks, and vegan and vegetarian food.
- Recommended kit includes a 500 ml water bottle, charged mobile phone, head torch (winter only), warm hat, personal cup, jacket and gloves.
