Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge
The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge, known as the Great British Bake Run 2025, takes place in Staines along the scenic River Thames. Participants can run or walk as many laps as they wish within seven hours, with each lap measuring approximately 4.37 miles (7km), subject to minor course adjustments. Distances range from a minimum 5km to ultra distances over 50km.
The mostly flat course features well-made paths and tarmac, suitable for road shoes. The event offers a unique cupcake medal, distance pins, and a goody bag with vegan options. Amenities include aid stations with snacks, toilets, changing facilities, and parking nearby.
