Sandy 4th of July 5K
The Sandy 4th of July 5K is an athletic event held at the Sandy City Promenade. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to complete the course by walking, jogging, or running. For the safety of all attendees, dogs are not permitted on the race course.

Registration for the race includes a t-shirt, which is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Shirts are not guaranteed for those who register late. The event provides specific registration options for individuals, as well as discounted rates for families of two or more from the same household and groups of at least five participants. These discounts require all members to be registered at the same time in a single transaction.
Participants can collect their race packets at the designated office location in Sandy on the specified date before the race. While online registration remains open until the morning of the event, registration is also accepted at the race location up to one hour before the activity begins.
Awards are presented to the first three male and female finishers in each age division. These divisions cover a wide range, starting from age five and under up to 80 and older.
