The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Stampede is a 5K run/walk held in downtown San Antonio on Saturday, February 7, 2026. The event is part of the Western Heritage Weekend and the Annual San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo. Proceeds support the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo Scholarship Fund. Logistics and awards
Web registration has a closing window in early February 2026 and late/onsite registration and packet pick-up are available at listed locations in the week before the event and on race day. Virtual race kits are scheduled to be mailed the week of January 26, 2026; virtual participants may submit results and photos. Parking is noted as limited at the Cattleman’s Lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Strollers are allowed; animals other than service dogs are not encouraged. The event has a no-refund policy. Age-group awards cover categories from 0-9 to 80-99. Overall male and female winners and masters winners receive trophies and gift certificates and will ride in the Western Heritage Parade.
