About the race
The Salvation Army Red Kettle Run is scheduled for November 7, 2026 at Braden Aboud Memorial Park, 4325 Riverbend, El Paso, TX 79922. The event includes a community 5 Mile run and a 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk.

Registration opens July 14, 2026 and closes November 7, 2026. The entry fee is $35. A T-shirt will be provided to the first 400 people who register. All proceeds go toward the purchase of Thanksgiving turkeys, with every $25 used to buy one turkey.
Awards are planned for several categories. Trophies will be presented to the top overall female and male finishers in the 5 Mile run. Medals will go to the top three finishers in each of these age groups: 9 and under; 10 to 14; 15 to 19; 20 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 to 69; 70 and over. A trophy will be awarded to the largest team.
Early packet pick up is scheduled for Saturday, November 6, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Up and Running, 3233 N Mesa Ste 205. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
