Salt Lake Foothills Trail Races is a trail running event in Salt Lake City, UT, presented by Path Projects with a partnership from KIPRUN. The event offers multiple distances with significant elevation gain and time cutoffs, and includes podium awards for the top three men and women at each distance.
The event distances:

The 50M, 50K, and 10K start and finish at the BoSho trailhead by Hogle Zoo. The half marathon is a point-to-point course beginning at Ensign Peak; participants are responsible for reaching the start. The 50 mile course is new for 2026. Pacers are allowed for the 50 mile at the Bonneville Aid Station (runners pass it near mile 32 and again near mile 40); only one pacer per runner is permitted.
A $3,000 prize purse is allocated to 50K and half marathon results with specified payouts for the top three finishers; there is no prize purse for the 50 miler or 10K. Bib pick up is scheduled for Friday, May 29, location and time to be determined; morning-of pick up may be available. Registration closes on May 24.
