Sale & Ling Two Tops Dash
The Sale and Ling Two Tops Dash is a fell running event held at Sale Fell in Great Britain on 23 May 2026. The event programme includes senior, under 18 and multiple junior races, with age grading applied in line with current FRA rules.
Race distances include:
- 6 mile senior race
- 6 km under 18 race
Junior races are organised in age bands listed as U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18. The event is fully chip timed and publishes results for both junior and senior races. Prize categories include top three male and top three female overall winners, age category prizes and team prizes.
Entry fees are stated with booking charges. Published standard fees include an unaffiliated senior entry around £12 and an affiliated senior entry around £9, with junior entries around £3. Entries on the day are available at a higher rate, with published on the day prices for affiliated and unaffiliated participants. One pound from each senior entry is allocated to Maryport Inshore Rescue. Registration closes 15 May 2026.
