Saint Peter Halloween 5K
The Saint Peter Halloween 5K is a community 5 kilometer run and walk held at Saint Peter High School in Saint Peter, MN. The course is described as flat with few intersections and passes through two neighborhoods and Community Spirit Park to allow spectators to view the event.
Registration includes a race shirt, finisher medal, chip timing, and refreshments. Shirt sizes available are Adult Small through 2 X-Large and are guaranteed for registrations completed by October 14; only limited shirts are available for same-day registrants. Chip timing will be provided by Pickle Timing and timed participants receive an individual time. Awards and results order will be based on Gun Time.
Individual awards include overall male and female winners and the top two male and female finishers in each age group: 12 and under, 13 to 18, 19 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 and over. Team costume awards and prize drawings are part of the event; registered participants and sponsors are eligible and prizes may be mailed to those unable to attend the post-race ceremony. Costumes are encouraged and photos will be taken for those who wish to pose, but no costume contest will be held.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event for weather or safety reasons. There are no refunds, though substitutions may be considered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
