There are no refunds issued by the event or MultiSportScanada. Entries may be transferred to another participant for an administrative fee of $20 if completed at least 30 days before the event. Deferrals to the following year are permitted with partial credit: 75% of the race fee if deferred 60+ days before the event, 50% if deferred 30–59 days before, and no deferrals less than 30 days before the event. Organizers may cancel or modify the event for weather, fire bans, air quality, wildlife or safety concerns, public health orders, road access, or other unforeseen events; in such cases entries are transferred to the next available date.
