Saarbrücker Westspangenlauf

The Sparkassen-Westspangenlauf in Saarbrücken is an annual running competition that offers various distances, including a new marathon (SAARathon), a half marathon, a 10 km main run, a 5 km integration run, and a 1 km student run. The event is organized by the Laufgemeinschaft Saarbrücken 1980 e.V. and takes place on the towpath at the Daarler Bridge.

All courses are officially measured and the event is approved by the DLV (German Athletics Association).
