Runaway Challenge

The Runaway Challenge is a 6-hour timed running event held at Lincoln Road, Skellingthorpe, Lincoln. Participants can choose distances ranging from 5K up to an ultra marathon within the time limit. The course is a 4.37-mile lap along a flat, tarmac path on an old railway line, featuring an out-and-back route with no navigation required.

Shorter distances like 5K and 10K use designated turn points and laps. Aid stations at the end of each lap provide water, drinks, and food. Facilities include toilets at the nearby Community Centre and parking on-site.

Finishers receive a bespoke medal and goody bag. The event is UK Athletics licensed and follows TRA rules. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
