Run4Health 2026 is scheduled for September 27, 2026 at the Walkerton Agricultural Society in Walkerton, Ontario. The event offers multiple course options across the same day and supports local hospital fundraising.

The half marathon has tiered pricing with sample amounts listed. Refunds are not offered; registrations may be transferred to another individual. Manual registration forms are available for race day. Race shirts are offered for most race categories; registration by August 10, 2026 is required to guarantee a shirt.
Race services and results information include chip timing and published course maps for the half marathon, 10K and 5K routes. Awards include a medal for every half marathon finisher, top three male and female recognitions in multiple races, and participant ribbons for children in the 1K.
