Run4Health 2026 takes place on September 27, 2026 at the Walkerton Agricultural Society in Walkerton, ON. The event offers multiple walking and running options, including family and junior categories.

Proceeds from the 16th annual Run4Health are designated for the Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation. Fundraising pages are available for participants and volunteers, and a team challenge runs alongside individual entries with a trophy for the school team with the most members. The 15th annual event raised over CA$37,800 net.
