The Run the Vineyards - Laurita 5K is a race held at Laurita Winery in New Egypt, New Jersey. It is the 10th annual event in its series.
Race Features
The event offers a single distance:
- 5K Run/Walk
The race is chip-timed with instant results. The course is described as scenic, mostly flat, and runs on smooth packed dirt trails that are all off-road. There is a water station on the course.
Registration includes a custom-designed tech tee. An upgrade to a long-sleeve version is available for an extra fee. Youth, women's, and adult/men's sizes are offered. A stemless souvenir wine glass is also included with registration. A glass of wine for the participant is included. Additional wine is available for purchase for spectators.
A live musician performs after the race. A food truck is on site. Free downloadable photos are offered. Awards are given to the top three female and male overall finishers and in specific age groups. Finisher medals are available for purchase during registration or on race day.
