The Run the Vineyards - Laurita 5K takes place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at Laurita Winery in New Egypt, New Jersey. The event is the 10th annual edition and includes a post-race after-party on the winery grounds. The race distance is 5K and is organized as a run/walk.
Race details
The 5K is chip-timed with instant results. Registration includes a custom-designed tech tee with an option to upgrade to a long-sleeve shirt for an additional fee; registrants are advised that choices are guaranteed only if made by Oct. 19. Participants receive one glass of wine and a stemless souvenir wine glass; additional wine is available for purchase. Finisher medals are offered for a fee during registration or on race day while supplies last.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and in age groups 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 years thereafter. On-site amenities listed include a food truck, free downloadable photos, course marshals, and a water station. The course runs on mostly flat, smooth packed dirt trails and is entirely off-road. The race is held rain or shine and follows a no-refund, no-deferral policy. Packet pick-up is handled at a tent behind the winery. Charity partner for the event is Mary's Place by the Sea.
