Run the Vineyards - Cork High & Bottle Deep Half Marathon
Run the Vineyards Half Marathon returns for its seventh year at Blue Cork Winery in Williamstown, New Jersey. The event is a chip-timed 13.1 Miles race on a mostly paved, flat course that includes about half a mile on vineyard property. The venue offers indoor and outdoor areas adjacent to the course.
The course includes hydration and aid stations approximately every two miles, a 10K split, on-course music and cheer stations, and porta potties located near mile 2 and mile 11. Roadways are police controlled and the event has a 3.5 hour time limit. Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers and to age-group winners in ten-year bands. The race is capped at approximately 425 runners and proceeds in all weather conditions.
Post-race offerings include a complimentary glass of wine for finishers, live music, multiple food trucks, and on-site massage therapy for runners. Finishers receive a custom medal and a souvenir wine glass, and registrants receive a long-sleeve event shirt; shirts for late registrants are available after the race. Additional runner amenities include free downloadable photos and allowance of strollers on course.
