Run the Runway takes place on May 9, 2026, at 6303 47 Ave in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. This is the 6th annual edition of the event. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation. The event is organized by a team of 100% volunteers.
Available Distances
- 5 km Run: The course is described as flat and fast. It features a surface composition of approximately 70% paved and 30% packed gravel. Participants receive exclusive swag. The registration fee is CA$74.99.
- 500 m Kids' Run: It is fully paved and free with the registration of an adult participant in another distance. A separate registration without adult participation is available for CA$17.34.
