Event overview
Run the Rock takes place on Sunday, April 26, 2026, in downtown Janesville on Festival Street (69 S. River, Janesville, WI 53548). The event includes multiple race distances:
- Full Marathon
- 1/2 Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
- 2 Mile Family Run/Walk (untimed)
- Isaac's Super Dash
All participants receive a commemorative event shirt and a finisher medal. Shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by April 6, 2026. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Isaac Strong Foundation to support children currently fighting cancer. Professional race timing is provided by Velocity Multi-Sport & Cycling.
Logistics and race services
Packet pick-up is held on the Saturday before the race at a local State Farm Insurance agency, 1341 N. Wright Rd., Janesville, WI 53546. Available parking includes a nearby State Farm lot, Velocity Multi-Sport & Cycling parking, on-street parking, and several public parking lots in downtown Janesville; the start line is on S. River in front of the YMCA. Aid stations are located along the routes with specific mile markers listed for each distance. Awards for the top three male and top three female finishers will be presented at Festival Street at the start/finish area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
