Event overview
Run the Rock takes place on April 26, 2026 in downtown Janesville, Wisconsin, with the start/finish area on Festival Street. The event is the fourth annual edition. All proceeds will be donated to the Isaac Strong Foundation to support children fighting cancer. Professional race timing is provided by Velocity Multi-Sport & Cycling. All participants receive a commemorative event shirt and a finisher medal; shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by April 6, 2026. The race has a cutoff time of 12:30 pm.

Logistics and course
Routes begin on Festival Street in downtown Janesville. Route maps are available for each distance, including full, half, 10K, and 5K courses. Aid stations are placed along the routes; locations listed include It's A Keeper Bait & Tackle (Mile 2), Ice Age Trail/Main St, Palmer Park, Optimist Park, and several other mile-marked points on the full and half courses. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each distance and are presented at Festival Street at the start/finish area.
Packet pick-up is scheduled on the Saturday before the event at a local State Farm Insurance Agency location at 1341 N. Wright Rd., Janesville. Parking is available in nearby lots, specified public parking areas, and designated event parking lots. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
