Run The Reagan
Run The Reagan is an annual nonprofit road race held along Ronald Reagan Parkway in Snellville, Georgia. The event scheduled for February 20, 2027 includes multiple race distances and a Family Fun Center with vendors, music, games, mascots, and photo opportunities. Proceeds benefit three local charities: the Brookwood Schools Foundation, the South Gwinnett Cluster Foundation, and the Lilburn Co-Op.
The event offers these race options:
- Half Marathon
- 10K timed and untimed
- 5K timed and untimed
- Fun Run
All registered participants receive a race number and a T-shirt. Medals are awarded to all Half Marathon finishers and to the top three runners by age category in the timed 10K and 5K races; untimed races do not receive medals.
The course runs along Ronald Reagan Parkway with the Start/Finish located in front of Piedmont Eastside Hospital at the corner of Medical Way and Ronald Reagan Parkway. Packet pick-up is held at Academy Sports + Outdoors in Snellville the Friday before the race and again at the race start area on race day. Water stations, fruit and snacks, on-site medical personnel, and local law enforcement support are provided. Bicycles and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the parkway during the race.
