Run Texas 5K plus 1 Mile Fun Walk : Mission, Texas

This event on July 18, 2026 takes place at Mission Hike & Bike Trails (1386 S Conway Ave., Mission, TX 78572). It offers two distances:

1 mile fun walk

Registration opens April 16, 2026. Registration closes July 9, 2026 for the 5K and July 10, 2026 for the 1 Mile. Published entry fees are $30.00 for the 5K and $10.00 for the 1 Mile; a group registration fee for groups of 10 is listed at $25.

Packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at Valley Running Co., 1701 Dove Ave W J, McAllen, TX 78504. No packet pickup is available on race day. The shirt deadline is June 25; after that date shirts are available first come, first served at packet pickup and sizes are not guaranteed.

What is included: chip timing and live results for the 5K only, finisher medals for all participants, a race shirt for 5K entrants only, hydration and snack station, DJ music, and an inflatable start/finish funnel with two arches.
