Run Tarra-Bulga 2026

Run Tarra-Bulga 2026 takes place on April 11, 2026, at the Tarra-Bulga National Park Visitor Centre in Balook, Victoria. The race is hosted on trails within and surrounding the national park, with Race HQ located in the visitor centre grounds. The venue is on Brataualung Country and is significant to Gunaikurnai Traditional Owners. The event is presented by Ultra Endurance.

Course and distances

The park features cool temperate rainforest, giant Mountain Ash trees, fern gullies and ancient myrtle beeches. The route crosses Corrigan’s Suspension Bridge through the rainforest canopy.

Detailed notes: the longest course lists 1,810 m of elevation and 4 aid stations (5 water points) with a 9-hour cut-off; the 25.4 km course lists 1,230 m of elevation and 2 aid stations (3 water points) with a 7.5-hour cut-off. The shorter courses list elevations of about 315 m and 120 m respectively, each with no mid-course aid stations and a water point at the finish. All distances report a finisher medal.
