Event details
Run Snetterton takes place on 29 July 2026 at Snetterton Race Track in South Norfolk. The event, organised by Good Running Events, offers the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
Entrants must be at least 11 years old for the 5K and 15 years old for the 10K on race day. The event is chip timed. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and finish goodies. Trophies are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each distance. Entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred; transfers to another runner are permitted until 16 July 2026.
Course, facilities and rules
Both races use the flat tarmac of the race circuit, including the 300 circuit section, and take place on traffic-free roads. There is at least one water station on the 10K route; there is no water station on the 5K. Medical teams will be present onsite. Runners must write their name, any medical condition, and an emergency contact name and number on the back of their race number where requested. In-ear headphones are banned; bone-conducting headphones are permitted if marshal instructions can still be heard. Appropriate footwear for a road surface is required. Ample free parking is available near registration and the start/finish area. Photos and video will be taken on the day.
