Event overview
Run Snetterton 5k and 10k is a midweek race on Wednesday 29 July 2026 at Snetterton Race Track in South Norfolk. The event offers two distances:
- 5K
- 10K
Both races take place entirely on the race circuit and use the flat tarmac road surface of the track, including the 300 circuit as part of the route. The event is chip timed and finishers receive a bespoke medal and finish goodies. Trophies are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each distance.
Race details and logistics
Entrants must be aged 11 years or older for the 5K and 15 years or older for the 10K on race day. There is a time limit of 1 hour for the 5K and 1 hour 30 minutes for the 10K. At least one water station will be provided on the 10K course; there will be no water station on the 5K. Runners are asked to bring refillable bottles where possible.
In ear headphones are banned. Bone conducting headphones are permitted if the runner can still hear marshal instructions. Medical teams will be present onsite and marshals can radio for assistance. Ample free parking is available close to registration and the start/finish area. Entries are non-refundable; transfers to another runner are allowed until 23:59 on 16 July 2026.
