LOViT (Lake Ouachita Vista Trail) : 2027

LOViT is a trail running event held near Mt. Ida, Arkansas, on the Lake Ouachita Vista Trail. The courses run along the southern rim of Lake Ouachita and pass through sections of the Ouachita National Forest. Terrain includes rocky, rolling hills and ridge lines that characterize the trail.

The event is hosted by Mountain Harbor Resort and is scheduled for February 27-28, 2027. Registration opens April 1, 2026. Organizers provide race information materials such as course maps, GPX course files, aid station details, cutoffs, pacer information, drop bag procedures, and a participant packet and pre-race video information.

Start, finish, and pre-race check-in for this year will be located in the East Cove Building, which is near the pavilion used in prior years; signage and directions will be available.
