Event details
The Run Like A Mother 5K and 1 Mile takes place on May 17, 2026, at Prentiss Pointe Clubhouse in Harrison Township, Michigan. The event is hosted by Prentiss Pointe Apartments and Eastside Racing Company. The 5K route will wind through flat residential streets. The event returned after a multi-year hiatus and a charity partner will be announced later. The race page shows a fundraising target of $5,000.

Entry fee for both events is listed at $30, with a reduced fee of $25 for ages 0–14. The price increases after January 31, 2026. Early packet pick-up is available the day before at Prentiss Pointe Clubhouse.
Registered participants receive a short sleeve T-shirt, a finisher medal, and access to a post-race party with music. Prentiss Pointe will provide a post-race lunch of hot dogs and chips. A course map is noted as coming soon. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
