Run for Ukraine in Salt Lake City
Run for Ukraine is a community event at Liberty Park in Salt Lake City, Utah, held on November 14, 2026. The event offers both in person and virtual options to support rehabilitation, recovery, and hope for people in Ukraine affected by the war.

The in person schedule includes a community 5K run for runners and walkers and a family friendly 1K fun run for children. The 5K awards special prizes to the top three male and top three female finishers. The kids event is untimed and aims to give young runners a chance to be active and participate.
The virtual 5K can be completed anywhere on November 14, 2026, and participants submit results through RunSignUp after finishing the distance. Virtual entries include free shipping for the event items.
