Run for the Ranch 5K Run/Walk & Resource Fair
Run for the Ranch is a community event in Pico Rivera, California, that begins and ends at El Rancho High School. The course travels toward the San Gabriel River spreading grounds and returns on Passons Blvd, with a finish that includes the Don Memorial Stadium track.
Event offerings include:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 150 m Don Dash kids run
The Don Dash 150 meter race is reserved for children under 10. Registrants who register by May 1 are eligible to receive a t-shirt.
The 5K will be professionally chip timed and results will be posted on RunSignUp. All 5K participants will receive a custom acrylic finisher medal. Awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age groups are: 6–8, 9–11, 12–14, 15–18, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70+.
All proceeds benefit the El Rancho Associated Student Body, supporting student activities, leadership programs, and school spirit initiatives.
