Run for the Nuns
Run for the Nuns is a community run and walk held in Holladay as part of the Carmelite Fair on September 20, 2026. The event features a single loop course of 5K that starts and finishes at the Carmelite Monastery at 5714 S. Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84121.
The route includes a noticeable uphill section early on, then returns on a smoother section back to the monastery. Dogs are permitted to participate if kept on a leash. Official timing will not be used for this edition of the event. Prizes are planned, and a continental breakfast is provided following the finish.
